Prior to establishing the firm, Ms. Litchfield completed
14 years of service with JP Morgan Chase (Texas Commerce)
Bank as Senior Vice President- Human Resources and Vice
President of Operations. Her tenure as Director of Personnel
and Civil Services for the City of Houston's 22,000-employee
workforce marked her as a highly skilled and insightful
public sector executive.
A member of Houston Rotary, she has served on the Board
of Directors for Rotary and many other organizations such
as American Leadership Forum and United Cerebral Palsy.
Committees include Houston Area Woman's Center, as well
a numerous fundraising and political committees. |
